REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At Whole Melt Extracts, we are committed to customer satisfaction and ensuring the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for details on how to proceed with returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@wholemeltextracts.co.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address in Downtown, Los Angeles, California.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For high-value returns, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Special Considerations
Due to the nature of our products:
- We cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
- Customers must ensure they are legally permitted to purchase and possess our products in their jurisdiction before ordering.
Refunds for Non-Received Items
If you haven’t received your package within 5 days after the scheduled delivery date, please notify us so we can initiate a package trace. This process can take up to five business days to complete. If the package is found, it will be re-shipped to you.
If the package is determined to be “unrecoverable” or lost during transit, we will provide you with a replacement package, up to a value of $500. Please note that postage refunds are not offered for delayed packages due to postal service delays.

Whole Melt Extracts is dedicated to providing the highest quality products. We offer a two-week money-back guarantee on all products. However, since we deal with controlled substances in many countries, certain guidelines must be followed to qualify for a refund.
Refund Conditions
You may request a refund in the following situations:
- Cancellation: If you cancel your order within 3 hours of payment. Once the order has been processed for shipping, no refunds will be issued.
- Non-Reception: If your order hasn’t been received within 5 days of processing, and the non-reception isn’t due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect shipping address provided.
- Package claimed by someone else at the correct address.
- The recipient was unavailable to receive the package.
- Ineffective Products: In rare cases where a customer finds the product ineffective, we require:
- A photo of the lab test report.
- A photo of the product received.
- A photo of the package (envelope, box, etc.).
- Order number and proof of payment (electronic or physical receipt).
Refund Process
Refunds typically take up to 20 business days depending on your credit card company and bank policies. Payments made via Zelle, CashApp, or Bitcoin can be refunded within 5 business days after an investigation.
